Warmth 1 tbsp of the oil in a wide dish or huge griddle and broil the chicken for a couple of mins to dark colored. Tip out onto a plate. Add the onion to the dish with 1 tbsp more oil and sear for 5 mins until nearly relaxed. Include the celery and sear for another 2 mins, at that point tip out to join the chicken. Include the rest of the oil, inlet leaves and flour to the skillet and cook into a glue. Continue cooking, mixing always (with a sprinkle of water on the off chance that you need), until brilliant darker, at that point blend in the flavors for 2 mins.
Continuously mix in the stock until smooth and saucy. Return the chicken and veg to the dish, alongside the peppers, spread and stew tenderly for 15 mins. Blend in the ham, spread and stew tenderly for 10 mins more. Check for flavoring, at that point serve, sprinkled with the spring onions blended with the hacked parsley.
