Warmth broiler to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Spot the chicken, onions, potatoes and peppers in a huge bowl and season. in another bowl, combine the garlic, flavors, oil, and lemon get-up-and-go and squeeze. Pour this over everything and spread the blend between 2 heating plate.
Broil for 40 mins, turning over after 20 mins, until the chicken is cooked through. Include the almonds for the last 8 mins of cooking. Serve in dishes with a major touch of Greek yogurt and some hacked parsley or coriander.
