Warmth broiler to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Combine the crème fraîche, mustard, garlic and stock with some flavoring. Orchestrate the chicken, skin-side up, in a simmering plate sufficiently enormous for the chicken and vegetables.

Take care of the potatoes and beans between the chicken pieces. Pour over the stock blend at that point season the chicken and shower with nectar. Cook for 40-45 mins until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes delicate. Dissipate over the tarragon before serving
