Preheat the stove to 200C/Gas 6/fan180C. Press the juice from 2 lemons into a little dish and warmth with the margarine, nectar, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper, until the spread melts and it smells fragrant.
Lay the chicken in a broiling tin – don’t heap it up or it won’t cook so well. Include the potatoes and sprinkle with lemon spread to coat uniformly. Cut the third lemon into 8 wedges and take care of them. (Can be made as long as 2 hours ahead as yet.)
Broil for 50 minutes – 1 hour until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are fresh and brilliant. Present with a green serving of mixed greens.
